Our Sedation Options Available For You
Option 1
Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) is calming and relaxing and is very easy to administer using a special mask. It’s one of our most popular dental sedation procedures and our patients love the fact that they can drive in just a short time after their dental treatment.
Option 2
Oral Sedation Dentistry
With Our Oral Conscious Sedation procedure, you will be given a pill to take a short time prior to your dental treatment. You will be completely relaxed with no anxiety or fear, and very little recollection of being in the chair. It will take a bit of time to recover so you will need to have someone drive you to and from your appointment.
Option 3
IV Sedation Dentistry
We generally recommend IV Sedation for the more extensive oral surgery procedures, wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, or if you have a strong gag reflex, and if you have extreme dental anxiety and fear and want to virtually sleep through your dental visit. You will need to have someone drive you to and from your appointment.
